Jürgen Nowicki kam 1991 als Interner Revisor zu Linde und war seitdem in verschiedenen Positionen in den Bereichen Finance & Controlling tätig. 2002 wurde er CFO Linde Gas North America, USA und 2006 Head of Finance & Control für The Linde Group. 2011 übernahm er seine Rolle als Managing Director Linde Engineering und wurde 2015 zum Sprecher der Geschäftsleitung von Linde Engineering ernannt.
Zwischen 2019 und 2020 übernahm er die Rolle des Senior Vice President – Commercial & CFO bei Linde Engineering.
Vor seiner Zeit bei Linde war er als Organization & Application Advisor für Delta Systemtechnik tätig.
Jürgen Nowicki hat an der TU Karlsruhe seinen Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen gemacht.
