With more than 40 years of experience at Siemens in various industries such as Railway Signaling, Metals, Intelligent Traffic Management, Hauke Jürgensen today leads the High Voltage Grids Business Unit for Siemens Energy.
Hauke is a pioneer of the energy transition being part of the industry for more than 10 years. He is convinced that with the increasing amount of renewable energy generation worldwide, especially the HVDC onshore and offshore business will continue to grow significantly and will help to decarbonize our planet. In addition, the need for Grid Stabilization portfolio elements in the grid will continue to grow.
Hauke has an impressive track record in large turnkey infrastructure business. In his former positions he successfully transformed various businesses to become faster, more digital and thereby more successful. As of now, Hauke has overseen more than 60 HVDC projects worldwide.
